  20. few fellow pepper lovers here who might want to know about the sauce
  21. I mentioned.........

  34. Its a sauce, not a pepper. Habaneros remain the hottest,
  35. but there are a couple sauces that exceed their heat by a
  36. large margin. They include:

  38. Dave's Insanity Sauce  - excruciatingly hot
  39. Endorphin Rush         - about 1.7x hotter than Insanity
  40. Dave's Private Reserve - about 2x hotter than Insanity
  41. Pure Cap - This really isn't a sauce, its just pure Capsaicum (sp??),
  42.   the active ingredient in hot peppers, in a small vile with an eye dropper.

  44. I believe the Hot, Hot, Hot web site carries all these products if you
  45. are looking for them. I have a pointer to it on my page on our site if
  46. you are interested.

  48. The first 3 are essentially just hot pepper extract (capsaicum) mixed
  49. with peppers, tomato sauce, and a couple other ingredients. They are not
  50. particularly tasty, but do compliment certain food well. I like to use them
  51. on Chinese rather than douse the whole meal in a pool of hot oil. I'm
  52. currently working on a bottle of Endorphin Rush. Mmmmmmmm!

  54. PS. I have never actually put Habaneros on my cereal (I was just joking),
  55. but its pretty routine to use them on eggs (with Salsa) and Muffins or
  56. Pancakes (with fruit preserves).
